Ordering information and Installation matters

The selection of the rated voltage of the capacitor must be based on the network voltage. Considering that the input of the capacitor will increase the voltage, so when selecting the rated voltage of the capacitor, it is at least 5% higher than the network voltage ; when there is a reactor in the capacitor circuit, the terminal voltage of the capacitor The ground increases with the reactance rate of the reactor in series, so when selecting the rated voltage of the capacitor, it should be determined after calculation according to the reactance rate of the reactor in the string. Capacitors are low-impedance channels of harmonics. Under harmonics, a large amount of harmonics will be injected into the capacitors to make the capacitors overcurrent or overvoltage. When the capacitor is directly connected to the high-voltage motor in parallel, in order to prevent self-excitation when the motor is disconnected from the power supply, causing the voltage of the capacitor terminal to rise greater than the rated value, the rated current of the capacitor must be less than 90% of the no-load current of the motor; When using Y/△ wiring, it is not allowed to connect the capacitor directly to the motor in parallel, and a special wiring method should be adopted. When the capacitor is used at an altitude higher than 1000 meters or the capacitor is used in the humid tropical zone, it should be stated when ordering. Special spe certifications or special requirements for capacitors should be specified when ordering.

Installation and use matters:
●The installation of capacitors is not allowed to have vibration phenomenon. It is allowed to install capacitors close to the heater, but non-combustible materials should be used as solid partition walls to surround the capacitors or put them in a separate metal cabinet.
●To prevent the capacitor cooling water pipe from being damaged, the temperature of the capacitor installation site should not be lower than ±2℃.
●The capacitor must be installed vertically (the porcelain sleeve is facing up). It is strictly forbidden to use the porcelain sleeve to move the capacitor, and the interval between the capacitors is at least 20 mm.
●The connection between the cooling water pipes of the capacitor and the connection between the cooling water pipe and the water source pipe must be made of soft rubber pipes. Cooling water pipes can be connected in series, but not more than three capacitors. The drain pipe should not be covered, and should be placed in a place where it is easy to observe the outflow of water, so that the water outflow can be monitored at any time.
●The temperature of cooling water should not exceed +30℃ at the inlet and +35℃ at the outlet.
When a certain number of cooling water pipes are connected in series (up to 3 sets), the water pressure and water consumption can be adjusted to adjust the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water, so that the temperature at the outlet does not exceed +35℃, and the pressure of the cooling water at the inlet should not exceed 4 atmospheric pressure.
●If the water supply is stopped due to a fault, the power supply of the capacitor should be cut off immediately. When the capacitor is out of use due to a fault, all the water in the cooling water pipe should be drained.
●When several grouped outlets on the capacitor are used in parallel, a flexible connection sheet should be used. At the same time, the main outlet should be drawn out from the flexible connection, and should not be drawn out from any one of the grouped outlets. The cross-sectional area of the connecting piece shall not be less than 2.5cm2.
●When the line voltage is higher than the rated voltage of the capacitor, the number of capacitors connected in series can be adjusted or each lead in the capacitor connected in series can be used in series
