High-Reliability Iron Core & Winding Structure The transformer adopts a silicon steel sheet stacked three-limb core. The primary and secondary windings are arranged on the middle limb, with the secondary winding wound in an insulating cylinder and the primary winding sectionally wound in a symmetrical structure in another insulating cylinder. Static rings and shields are installed at both ends of the windings to optimize electric field distribution, while multi-layer cylindrical winding design with built-in oil paths ensures efficient heat dissipation.

Sealed Oil-Immersed Tank Design The core and windings are securely mounted to the oil tank cover, which is equipped with oil filling and breathing components. The tank body features an oil drain valve, oil level gauge, and grounding bolt, with a bottom bracket containing four installation holes for secure outdoor mounting. The fully sealed oil-impregnated design ensures stable insulation performance in harsh environments.

Outdoor Environmental Adaptability Designed for outdoor use, the transformer meets Class 2 pollution requirements for surface creepage distance, with a wide operating temperature range from -30°C to +40°C, ensuring reliable performance in diverse climate conditions.
