Structure principle and operation maintenance

Structure principle:
The contact assembly is composed of three-phase static contact, forward moving contact group and reverse moving contact group, enclosed arc barrier arc extinguishing shield, insulating arc resistant plastic frame and cover. The silver alloy contact system adopts the single break point snap structure, which is characterized by the double L-shaped backrest symmetrical structure of the static contact, and the magnet is set in the contact circuit to enhance the self-excited magnetic field, so that when breaking large current, a strong electric repulsion force is generated between the static contact and the moving contact arm, which is conducive to improving the breaking speed, blowing the arc magnetic field, and reducing the stagnation time of the arc on the contact, The rising rate of arc voltage is increased to make the arc enter the arc extinguishing grid rapidly, thus greatly improving the arc extinguishing effect when breaking. With the help of operating mechanism and cross conductor, forward and reverse moving contact groups realize the connection, disconnection and phase sequence of power supply replacement of moving and static contacts.
